Registered Psychologist in Alberta

Registered psychologists have the professional training and clinical skills to help people learn to cope more effectively with life issues and mental health challenges. After years of graduate school and supervised training, they become licensed by the College of Alberta Psychologists to provide a number of services, including assessments and psychotherapy.

Kirsten is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She has over 7 years of working with people of all ages move through grief, bereavement, and end of life challenges. She has experience working with health professionals, chronic health issues, and stress management challenges.

She provides individual therapeutic services to children (5+), youth, and adults. Kirsten practices from a holistic and client-centred approach that uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential therapy, somatic therapies, and art/play therapy.

In combination with knowledge of attachment, neurobiology, and trauma, Kirsten’s philosophy on health is holistic. I work with you and your children in a holistic, culturally sensitive way to balance the body, mind, and spirit.
